Will pass soon but:: You can not have too much folate but folic acid is a synthetic substance that can be toxic to some degree. Your body will eliminate it naturally and nothing is known to speed that, but do not take any more vitamins with folic acid; instead take L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
