See below: Folic acid does not affect blood test results for B12, i.e., it will not cause falsely high B12 results. High folic acid may mask hematologic effects of B12 but not all functions of B12.

Not to worry: Folic acid can mask the SYMPTOMS of B12 deficiency but will not mask or alter test results for B12. A more sensitive test for B12 deficiency is methylmalonic acid but I don't think you need it.
