Might be: Generally most authorities recommend consumption 48-72h. See below: http://www.eatbydate.com/drinks/fruit-juice-shelf-life-expiration-date/ Assumes fridge is working properly etc etc. If in doubt throw it out is the safest.

Smell/Taste: Fruit is pretty safe! If it has been refrigerated the whole time it is very likely ok. If it has started to go off it will smell funky + taste a bit fizzy. Very unlikely to be harmed by a little sip. If it tastes ok then trust your taste buds!
