What is something safe and natural i can drink/take to help with gerd. i was thinking aloe juice but learned thats not safe. any suggestions? my gi has me weaning off ppi soon and doesnt give much advice regarding this ?

Ginger tea ,plant based milks like almond milk ,and coconut milk ,fruits like banana , pear,can help.Avoid citrus juices,orange, lime , tomato, carbonated beverages and alcohol. Vegetable juices like carrot, celery ,cabbage , broccoli, kale,also help reduce the acid. Avoid spicy and greasy foods, caffeinated drinks , chocolate and peppermint .Eat smaller frequent meals, drink water after meals.
