OJ: Assuming you meant pepsi, orange juice is definitely more healthy for you. Any soda has no redeeming healthy qualities - water, milk or 100% juice is always recommended over soda.

OJ: Both contain glucose or sugar, and in large amounts can contribute to becoming overweight. However, orange juice has vitamin c and does not contain the preservatives in carbonated sodas. A 6 ounce glass is an appropriate serving size for most people. If you want to be really health, eat an orange. The natural fruit contains more fiber.

Just a little OJ but: Both oj and regular soda both have too much sugar. Oj has more sugar than regular soda. Any person who can eat a fruit doesn't need oj (just eat fruit!). The question is: is the sugar going to hurt you worse or sooner, or are the chemicals in soda going to hurt you worse or sooner? If overweight, high in triglycerides, having pre-diabetes or a family history of it, the sugar is one's worse enemy.
