Calcium is calcium: Although many doctors have their favorite type of calcium for supplementation, no studies have clearly shown one type of oral calcium supplement to be superior to others, assuming equal purity and quality control. My favorite is coral calcium; it seem more nature and some people claim more absorb-able.
