My toenail on my big toe fell off but not fully? just the top bit but the bottom of the original nail is still there and there's a weird bump???

Without seeing hard: to comment. Sometimes, the remaining portion of the toenail needs to be removed, othertimes it can be left....decision is based on pain, blood under nail, infection etc...
