What for?: If you take a mixed diet, creatine is not going to do anything for you, other than lighten your wallet. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

I say yes: If you're doing resistance training and want something to help you bulk, choose creatine. It actually works, unlike most gym supplements, and won't ruin your health and brain like anabolic steroids can do. If you're not building muscle doing resistance training, as Dr. Singh says you are just wasting money
