A doctor has provided 1 answer

Monitor: Strawberry tongue two things I'm thinking about Kawasaki or scarlet fever. So you need high fevers for a 4 to 5 days, peeling on the lips comma or desquamating rash to be Kawasaki. For scarlet fever you should be looking for Sandy paper like rash. Go to your doctor for further evaluation because either disease have different course of management.
