Our daughter is just 11 months since monday she is having flu and caugh. our doctor proscribed oral salbutamole. is it saft to give it?

Need more info: It sounds like she needs to be evaluated by a health care professional- are you in the US? Any fever, is she eating/playing ok? Any shortness of breath or wheezing? Salbutamol (Albuterol) is usually prescribed by inhalation/nebulizer if patient is wheezing or having asthma like symptoms. Bottom line, I think she needs to be seen by a doctor.
