Not really. dreams!: What you're describing are not hallucinations in the sense of psychosis. There are, however, common hallucinatory like sensations that can occur just before, during and just after sleep stops. There are called Hypnopompic and Hypnogogic hallucinations. They are not true hallucinations but are more like illusions that seem very real. The most common are hearing bangs just before waking or sleep
