A member asked:

Can you explain if it's possible to be hallucinating from lack of sleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sleep: Very severe sleep deprivation over a prolonged period of time can absolutely result in one experiencing hallucinations. But we are not talking about not getting the 6-9 hrs most of us are use to, jet lag , studying all night, or working the night shift :)
