I took denadryl 150mg because i wanted to sleep. but now i just hallucinate with my eyes closed and can't sleep. feels awful. what do i do?

Diphenhydramine: 150 mg of Benadryl is 3 times maximum therapeutic dose. At excess dose benadryl has anticholinergic effects. This is causing the side effects. Effect should resolve 6 to 8 hours.
