i'm on mirena and got what i think is my period yesterday, but last only one day. i have no bleeding today. i had some heavy cramping one day last wee?

IUD: When did you get the IUD? Irregularities are expected in first 3-6 months. If it has been longer than that and now you have noticed a change then consult a physician to make sure it is not pregnancy, polyp or expulsion of IUD.
