Abnormal bleeding: This heavy and irregular bleeding is not normal. While your periods may straighten out, I suggest you go back to the doctor. A follow up exam and some hormones may be needed.

Hormonal imbalance : It is very common to have these symptoms after mirena removal ,watch for another week or so if it gets worse see your OBGYN for further evaluation
