Eventual effect: Drinking soda can erode tooth enamel and increase risk for osteoporosis. Excessively drinking soda that contains sugar may sometimes contribute to development of Type II Diabetes.

Not good: Although you probably will not suffer any long-term effects from just two weeks of daily Pepsis, if it becomes a long-term habit, you will be consuming extra calories, increasing your risk of obesity, and you will increase your risk of diabetes, among other problems. Best to nip that habit in the bud while it is still young. Good luck.
