A member asked:

Do health consequences result from drinking 2 liters of pepsi a day? if so, what are they?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Obesity: 2l of pepsi has a lot of sugar in it. All that extra sugar will cause weight gain and that can lead to diabetes and hypertension (high blood pressure). In addition, the phosphate in soda can cause bone loss. Everything should be in moderation. Two liters of soda per day is too much.
