Could be a tick: I would DEFINITELY show this to a doctor - or even upload the image here to Health Tap. It is prime tick season, and I just removed one yesterday. What you think might be 'bruising' could be a reaction to the insect's venom or saliva, but it could also be the beginnings of a Lyme rash. This would be true especially if it continues to expand, and you develop other symptoms like fever, headache, etc
