Tiny: Tiny red marks with inflammation, no pus, no drainage, their bites are too small, but if it gets infected, can cause complications.

Like a zit: Ant bites that are not infected can sometimes look like a small zit. Don't scratch it because you can risk it to open and start an infection. Usually an otc topical steroid (ie hydrocortisone) gets rid of the inflammation and the itchy.
