Yes.: These tests were performed well beyond the minimum adequate time for antibodies to the HIV virus to form and become detectable by both Orasure/Oraquick and serum testing. So long as you have not had any subsequent activities with risk, you can consider yourself truly negative.

Yes: Negative tests four months after sexual activity are conclusive. By this point a pregnancy would be clinically obvious even if the tests by some weird chance were negative.
