Can't say for: certain. However , gentle approach for lip blisters is to apply honey every so often. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Lip blister: May be from sunburn or may have virus as a cause. Should heal on it's own in relatively short order. And try not to aggravate with repeated sun overexposure.
