Usually heart pain: is made worse with activity. Right neck and shoulder pain is very rare as a cardiac symptom but not impossible. It is more common with gallbladder or musculo skeletal or cervical spine disease. To be safe get checked out by a health care provider.

Heart pain?: That description sounds atypical for a great-related pain. Not impossible, but atypical. If you have risk factors for heart disease, a stress test couldn't hurt.

Heart pain: Symptoms caused by a blockage in a coronary artery can cause referred pain to the shoulder or neck, but that discomfort is not worsened or improved by motions of those structures. Also heart discomfort often has associated sweating, nausea, weakness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath.
