No antibiotic.: Are you referring to an ovarian hemorrhagic cyst? They are not caused by infection, so antibiotics will have no effect. They are usually considered presumptive "functional" cysts and tend to resolve in 1 or 2 cycles, so the initial management is usually follow up in 6-8 weeks or so.
