A member asked:

What are the best antibiotics to treat a bartholin's cyst that is infected?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cyst: I think that if the cyst is inflamed and infected, then an incision and drainage would be the best means to get the situation resolved. Once the cyst is drained, application of mupiricin ointment 3x/day ought to bring a resolution to the problem.
