What would be the best way to help a cyst at the base of my back i have been to the doctor a few time already and had it drained surgically and i have been subscribed antibiotics and it helps for a lil while but it always comes back but then it drains it

From : From the sound of this it is a pilonidal cyst, best treated by a surgeon ( gen) by open drainage abd packing and dressing changes untill healed. Antibiotics if needed beyound a few days post op and adjusted/switched if felt necessary depending on cultures taken @ time of sugr.
