Cyst on my back is infected, i've had three days of antibiotics. it has gotten extremely painful - do i go to my doctors or continue with antiobiorics?

Continue Rx, call MD: Continue the antibiotic for sure. It would be a good idea to at least phone the doctor and let her know symptoms are worse. S/He might want to see you, or perhaps refer to a surgeon if incision and drainage might be indicated. (But for sure be seen ASAP if you have fever or if redness is spreading around the cyst.)
