Complex: More details are required to help you in this question. Is this CNS lymphoma, or lymphoma originating outside the nervous system? For lymphoma, involvement into the CNS is usually via the meninges, to give a meningitis picture. However, there are occasions where metastatic disease can occur. It's best to discuss this with your oncologist who knows your history and clinical course.
