Yes: The bottom line is most likely yes. It is hard to be very specific with my answer without more information. If the minor dilation is the only finding on your heart scan then this is probably nothing to get overly worried about - you will probably need to have further scans in the future to keep an eye on it. If this is part of a number of other problems/findings then the picture becomes less clear
