Kind of!: There is a rich plexus of veins just inside your nose, and these veins are the most common cause of nose bleeds (epistaxis). Nose bleeds can also occur in people with bleeding disorders. An ENT specialist can look in your nose and help you.

Commonest site: Of nose bleeds is the front part of the septum (the tissue that divides the nostrils) and it is commonly due to dryness. Get some white vaseline and apply it with a finger tip or cue tip. This is the likely cause if the bleed is from the same nostril.
