My x-ray showed that nothing was wrong with my sinuses except crooked septum & polyp but my sinuses burn, hurt & have congestion what could be wrong?

Allergic: rhinitis or seasonal allergies. Get allergy testing and get on nasal cortisone to reduce nasal burning and irritation.
