I had a x-ray which was clear if i had chest discomfort would it show up on x-ray also a cbc and sed blood tests all clear anything to worry sbout?

Hard to say: There are a lot of causes of chest pain. (I'm assuming you have chest pain.) Finding the cause requires the combination of information and testing. I don't have all the information here. The tests you have rule out some things, like inflammatory and infectious problems, popped lung, and pneumonia. But they don't rule out other things. You need to see a doctor in person.
