Pain in tooth: As far as meds i would consult your OB or md for what is safe. As far as tooth pain, if you have an infection, etc, it is better to get it treated, even if you are pregnant. The second trimester is the best for treatment, but any is ok if it will relieve infection or pain. See a dentist and have them consult your doctor prior to treating for any special considerations.
