Call your dentist: It will be a very good idea if you call the dr who performed the surgery on you .. Taking too much pain killers after extractions is not a very nice thing to do

Extraction pain: Generally speaking, if you can take it (without restrictions or medical history), 600 mg Advil or Motrin or an Aleve generally works well. Having said that, it is always best to speak to the dentist who actually treated your regarding questions and pain control.
