Seek evaluation: Chiropractors offer conservative therapies with manual manipulation but if there are more severe underlying problems such as radiculopathy or severe spinal stenosis, a chiropractor may not help. You may require more than just Xrays of the low back as well.

Diagnosed bertolotti's. Chropractic treatment helps a lot but the chiropractor says the problem everytime is L3? If Bertolotti's tends to be L4-5, could I have either a secondary issue and or a mimic condition. your thoughts?

An X-ray (not CT or MRI) indicates that I have a L4/L5 0.3 cm degenerative Grade 1 retrolisthesis. I am approx 70 yrs. What is the usual treatment for this, if there is one? Also, is it unlikely that a vertebra could somehow slip back into place?
