Good morning dr. i had a ct lung scan on tuesday this week. my doctor said i have a 3.0 x1.8x2.0 cm left upper lobe mass with spiculated linear strand?

Lung mass: Unfortunately, that is a suspicious sounding mass, and unless there is some clinical history that might provide a potential explanation(e.g. certain occupational dust exposures or infections), the primary consideration for a spiculated lung mass is malignancy. Biopsy is likely the next step.
