Sorry to hear this: Unfortunately it's not clear what your question is. Nonetheless, with a lung mass of that size, your husband needs to have this evaluated sooner rather than later, which will likely require a pulmnologist(lung doctor)/radiologist or thoracic surgeon to get a sample and a medical oncologist. If you have a more specific question please rephrase it so that we can more readily answer a question.
