May use Tylenol : May use Tylenol up to 3000mg a day. May take half of the meloxicam twice a day

Mobic 7.5mg. : If I'm not mistaken, there's a 7.5mg dose of Mobic. You can take that dose twice daily. Perhaps that would work.
