Tylenol, (acetaminophen) yes.: You should not take Motrin and Mobic at the same time as this could increase your risk of getting an ulcer or bleeding. Tylenol (acetaminophen) would be safer to take.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): I would recommend that you take tylenol (acetaminophen) with a max of 3000 mg per day with your Mobic (meloxicam) and not Motrin (ibuprofen) nor aleve (naproxen) since the latter two are considered nsaids or anti-inflammatories like Mobic and would thus be duplicate therapy. I wish you the best with your test results.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): If you are taking mobic, you can also take tylenol (acetaminophen). Do not mix with ibuprofen/motrin or naproxen/naprosyn.

NSAID: I would not recommend adding another non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) as these both have a slight risk if causing a gastrointestinal hemorrhage or kidney damage (w possible synergy). Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a type of analgesic that does not work via cox inhibition and is cleared by the liver. Take home message is that it is safe to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with Meloxicam but not motrin(ibuprophen).
