Moderation: Healthy way to lose weight - Please don't follow any fad diets or extreme exercise programs. Follow a healthy balanced diet and limit processed and fatty, greasy foods. Be wary of any foods that are labeled as "diet foods" because they often have added sugars which are just as bad for you as fat. Take up a moderate, reasonable exercise program - walking, biking or swimming 30 min/ day
