What are good fats that i should continue to have?

Plant based: Basically any fat from a plant source is good. The healthiest people in the world eat mostly a plant based diet with their average meat consumption being about three times a week. When they do consume meat, it is almost always fish. The whole idea behind the omega 3 fats, etc came from observing the eating habits of these healthy cultures.

Good fats: Good nutrition includes fats from wild caught fish e.g. Salmon, extra virgin olive oil, fats from nuts, organic beef, chicken. Coconut oil is healthy for cooking. Avoid the polyunsaturated food and cooking oils.
