Musculoskeletal: Sorry to hear that you have been having pain. Because it hurts with sudden movement, likely what your are describing will get better on its own eventually. Rest from physical activity that strains that area will help. Possibly it is related skeletal/cartilage/muscle pain, given that it is related to movement. May take a few weeks to fully heal. Chest pain. : Unfortunately, chest pain can have many causes. Some simple, and some complex. Some bad, and some not so bad. As such, figuring out the cause of your chest pain may take some time. A consultation would be wise.
