I am experiencing severe chest pain or discomfort of gradual onset, on both sides, that gets worse with deep breaths, pressing on the chest, exercise, bending forward, that is unaffected by sudden movements, and that is unaffected by rest, antacid medicat

Be seen: Onset of chest pain that is associated with worsening with activity and worsened with a deep breath is concerning. A PE would be very suspicious. Although your are younger cardiac issue would be less likely, but needs to be explored.
