Well,: ...I would want to know is it bilateral or one sided. When children/adults cry, shout or play the trumpet both jugular veins become visible. It is normal. In case it is one sided check with the pediatrician or pediatric cardiologist. If no concerns i.e. Nothing was found clinically or by echo i would sleep well. Pulsation can b arterial or venous and 4 the dr 2 differentiate.
