Nasal surgery : You should ask these questions to your surgeon as she/he may have particular preferences. Hopefully, you have not been using topical nasal decongestant sprays, as they should not be used long term and not before nasal surgery. Oral decongestants can be taken up to the day of surgery, if needed.
