Several Rx available: Some people get insomnia from the the decongestant (usually pseudephedrine) in combination Rx. You could try Allegra (no d). Consider saline nose spray, steroid nose spray ( Flonase or Nasacort). Other antihistamines that are sedating are chorpheniramine or Benadryl but work well. For very short term use (2-3 days) a nasal decongestant spray like Afrin is very effective.
