Got to a synthroid dose that works, felt great at first, but now my fatigue is coming back. Can symptoms come back even when blood tests are normal?
TSH was 4.54. Repeated 4 months later and now is 5.01 (lab range 0.45-4.50). Any concern? Dr wants to do low dose synthroid. Only symptoms fatigue
