Use HealthTap Prime: "Ectopy" means not coming from the atrium. "RB" I presume is Right Bundle (nerves in the right ventricle). "Inferior axis" refers to its appearance on EKG. "Narrow QRS complex" means that even though the PVCs start elsewhere, it goes down the AV node / left ventricle in the usual (not delayed) manner. These are technical descriptions of what your PVC looks like, to help diagnose a cause / location
