Noncardiac: Most likely, you have non cardiac chest pain. The likelihood that three cardiologists have missed a cardiac cause for recurrent chest pain is very low. Go back to your internist and ask for evaluations to look for other causes for chest pain. Everything else in the chest can also cause pain, and also structures in the abdomen can sometimes create the sensation of chest pain.
