MRI/ Heart attack: Heart attack usually is heart muscle death, MRI would l show area of dead muscle as well as left & right ventricular volumes, function & mass, valves ,diastolic function, ischemia, Viability, cardiomyopathy,tissue characterization; mass, pericardium,extracardiac structures. So do not worry. Very rarely could have spasm -verapamil should work- Holter /loop may help diagnose f/u/ w/ doc
