Mass: Lumps must be biopsied and sent to pathlogy for definitive diagnosis. Lipomas (benign fatty tumors) are common, they sometimes need a course of antibiotics and pain meds to calm down the inflammation. Neuromas are lumps that grow on nerves. I dont know about why you are having difficulty walking. Perhaps you need to see a general surgeon to get a second opinion on biopsy.
